History
IDH (short for Illusion Division by the Hand), formed in September, 2007, is a distinctive post-punk band in Beijing. The two members, Xiaoyu (vocals, guitar and bass) and Lu Gang (drums), are both from Inner Mongolia. Influenced by Joy Division, Bauhaus, David Bowie and many other bands and musicians. The songs of IDH are intense, incisive and impressive. They have exceeded the traditional post-punk style and developed their own murky mode.
