History
Xue Jing as the band is called in Chinese changed their English name several times varying it from Blood Shed over Blood Horror to the final Blood Funk.
The band officially started to exist in November / December 2003 playing the first live in the SUS2 music factory and have thereafter performed in several concerts. As they have mainly played cover songs of Metallica, Testament, Slayer, Cannibal Corpse and Death, they continuosly practiced their own song material and have set up their own song catalogue now.
The band Blood Horror entered the studio of xymusic on January 2nd 2005 to record one of their songs for the upcoming compilation featuring Shanghai-only bands in death and extreme metal.
Unfortunately this project was abandoned by xymusic, so that rockinchina.com took it as their duty to present you Blood Funk's Butterfly's dance into the fire.
